COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES The SEC conducted a non-public investigation since August 2016 to determine whether there had been violations of the federal securities laws relating to the trading of the Company’s securities and/or its public disclosures. On September 30, 2021, the Company was notified by the SEC that it had concluded its investigation and does not intend to recommend an enforcement action.
